This is really two questions. Marriage in the Church (or whatever religion) and marriage in the government.
I'm not sure about other religions but in most forms of Christianity, homosexuality is, well, much less than encouraged. A homosexual to be married in the eyes of the church would be blasphemy, there's no arguing that.
However, marriage in the government is different. I believe that if you're happy with them, it doesn't matter what sex you two are. Marriage in the government should be allowed because it enables happiness between any couple.
I really don't care who you're happy with, and it's not my decision of whom or what sex you love. Just try not to get blasphemy all over my religion, okay? Thank you, I'll be working on my Pride and Wrath problems
